Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Trove aims to be usable by everyone, regardless of ability. WCAG 2.2 AA is the target, not a certification. This is an early product built by one person, and the list below separates what is actually in place from what still needs work.

What we do

• Semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate.
• Keyboard navigation across the entire product surface.
• Radix primitives for dialogs and menus, so focus trapping and labelling come for free.
• Focus rings on every interactive element.
• Skip-to-content link in every page.
• Reduced-motion preferences respected.
• Automated axe-core checks over the public pages.

Known issues

• Charts are rendered as SVG without a text or table alternative, and their values are only reachable on hover.
• The automated accessibility checks cover the signed-out pages only; the signed-in app is tested by hand.
• Some dynamic updates are not announced to screen readers.
• Wide tables scroll horizontally on small screens rather than reflowing.
