Accessibility Statement
Effective: 2026-08-07
Our commitment
Trove aims to be usable by everyone, regardless of ability. WCAG 2.2 AA is the target, not a certification. This is an early product built by one person, and the list below separates what is actually in place from what still needs work.
What we do
- Semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate.
- Keyboard navigation across the entire product surface.
- Radix primitives for dialogs and menus, so focus trapping and labelling come for free.
- Focus rings on every interactive element.
- Skip-to-content link in every page.
- Reduced-motion preferences respected.
- Automated axe-core checks over the public pages.
Known issues
- Charts are rendered as SVG without a text or table alternative, and their values are only reachable on hover.
- The automated accessibility checks cover the signed-out pages only; the signed-in app is tested by hand.
- Some dynamic updates are not announced to screen readers.
- Wide tables scroll horizontally on small screens rather than reflowing.
If any of these blocks you, email me and it moves up the list.
